Source documents are scanned in the UK and sent to us via email or FTP. These are usually attached with a set of accounts of the previous year for guidance as well incorporation of comparatives. A note is also sent detailing any special treatment or provisions that are to be passed by us.These scanned documents are used to construct a set of accounts, processing each transaction and extracting a trial balance along with a final set of full and abbreviated accounts. We will use a mutually agreeable software platform, or invocare™ accounting services has its own proven platform in case a client does not have a preference.
Once final accounts are prepared and ready for presentation, they are reviewed by our qualified accountants. Issues that are raised in the review are immediately resolved with partners in the UK through e-mail or phone and if necessary PTB entries are passed here before a presentable, final set of accounts is transmitted back.
